These Terms constitute an electronic agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• Store precious metals securely through authorized custodians

• Request physical delivery of precious metals

Track holdings and transactions digitally

The Platform may also provide additional savings, rewards, auto-save, roundup, or investment-related features from time to time

4. USER REGISTRATION

To use the Services, users must create an account on the Platform.

During registration, users may be required to provide:

• Full name

• Mobile number

• Email address

• Date of birth

• PAN details

• Bank account information

• Address proof

• KYC documents

Registration is completed through OTP verification sent to the registered mobile number.

You agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and up to date.

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

• You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Blluevault reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, incomplete, or misleading information.

5. KYC & VERIFICATION

Users may be required to complete KYC verification before using certain services, including:

• Buying or selling precious metals

• Withdrawal requests

• Physical delivery requests

• Large-value transactions

Verification may include:

• Aadhaar verification

• Bank verification

• Digilocker verification

Blluevault reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction if KYC requirements are not fulfilled.

6. PURCHASE OF PRECIOUS METALS

Users may purchase precious metals on a prepaid basis through the Platform.

Once payment is successfully received:

• The transaction shall be processed.

• A confirmation/invoice may be generated.

• The corresponding quantity of precious metal shall be credited to the user account.

Prices displayed on the Platform are market-linked prices and may change multiple times during the day.

Blluevault reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any transaction

• Cancel suspicious transactions

• Delay processing in case of technical or compliance issues

7. STORAGE & CUSTODY

The purchased precious metals may be stored with authorized custodians on behalf of users.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Precious metals may be stored in secure vaults.

• Storage providers may be appointed by Blluevault.

• Insurance coverage may be maintained as per applicable arrangements.

Free storage may be provided for a limited duration as specified on the Platform.

After the free storage period, storage charges may apply.

If storage charges remain unpaid for an extended period, Blluevault may recover such dues in accordance with applicable policies and laws.

8. DELIVERY OF PRECIOUS METALS

Users may request physical delivery of eligible precious metal holdings subject to:

• KYC completion

• Availability

• Delivery serviceability

• Applicable charges

Delivery shall only be made to the registered address provided by the user.

Users must ensure:

• Accurate delivery details

• Availability during delivery attempts

• Valid identity proof during delivery

Blluevault shall not be liable for delays caused due to incorrect details or courier-related issues.

9. SELLING OF PRECIOUS METALS

Users may sell eligible precious metal holdings through the Platform based on prevailing market prices.

Sale proceeds shall be transferred to the registered bank account after applicable verification and processing timelines.

Blluevault reserves the right to:

• Delay or reject transactions due to suspicious activity

• Request additional verification

• Temporarily suspend withdrawals during system maintenance or compliance checks

10. REWARDS, OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

Blluevault may provide rewards, cashback, referral benefits, offers, or promotional campaigns from time to time.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue offers at any time

• Revoke rewards in case of misuse or fraud

• Expire unclaimed rewards after 90 days unless stated otherwise

11. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a transaction for purchase or sale of precious metals is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Refunds shall not be provided except in cases involving:

• Failed transactions

• Technical errors

• Duplicate payments

• Regulatory obligations

If a failed withdrawal occurs, the Company may reverse or restore the equivalent balance after verification.

12. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users agree not to:
